Plastics Processing and Recycling Equipment
OMNI accepts materials in various forms including:
Loose, Commingled, Contaminated, Baled, Densified,
Regrind, or Pellets. We can install and maintain
recycling compaction equipment at your facility to
reduce transportation or completely process materials at
one of our plants.
We have the processing capabilities at our plants to
Sort, Bale, Grind, Densify, and/or re-pelletize multiple
grades of materials in order to extend high quality
materials and cost effective solutions to our suppliers
and customers.
Recycling Equipment
In designing an effective recycling program key factors
of consideration will be the overall objectives with
your program, the volume of materials generated, and
your desired recovered revenue or reduction in disposal
costs. We can assist with recommending, installing, and
maintaining the most appropriate equipment to assist
with the handling the materials and volumes that your
company generates. As a general rule, the more sorting,
cleaning, and compacting of the material upfront, the
greater the recovered revenue that you will be able to
recognize. However, there will usually be some trade off
with labor, power, and warehouse space that might make
it more cost effective to outsource the complete
function or a portion of it. Our consultants will work
with your personnel to determine the best structure to
fit your overall objectives.
